Poor service. They don't treat Deaf customers with respect. Although I point out the error of the overcharged bill, both waitress and manager didnt want to read the message for 2-3 times each time until I force them to read what I am writing. They realize that they made an error. All they do is to apologize but they both humiliate me and my Deaf wife in front of the customers.

Consistently great service and food. A warm and friendly atmosphere, very reminiscent of some of the great pubs I have visited in London. Thank you for bringing a bit of Great Britain to Pleasanton. We will be back soon.

Was looking forward to a British pub like the ones we had in Scotland. Found a boring bar with mediocre food that was nearly empty till 10:00 when a marginal DJ arrived. Unfortunately, so did a small and pathetic "meat market" crowd.
