I went to Sarita Spa twice hoping my second experience would be better than the first. My My first visit took 3 hours for a mani/pedi. When one of the 3 employees left to get a drink, she never returned. Equipment is washed with soap and water but not sterilized. My second visit was to include a paraffin for my feet but I was told the equipment wasn’t working. I will not return.

The place is Beautiful but really don't make good gel nails ,horrible not coming again

Very disappointing. When we arrived for appointment, we were told that they were running an hour behind. One nail tech was working on all clients. 2nd nail tech sat on sofa. Our appt for 2 mani/pedi was done by the only tech working. Owner Sara arrived and did not even say hello. Tech on sofa ran to look busy and Sara sat on sofa looking thru magazines. 3 customers, 1 tech working :(
