Had been referred there by co-worker. Had to return because they did not fill the coolant or brake fluid. Was told by manager that he had a new guy back there. Told him I was afraid to come back, but had already purchased Groupon for my other car. Returned yesterday. Was told car is ready, but needed new front brakes and AC compressor. When I asked if they filled the AC, he said they must of forgot, saying "It is Monday". Waited another half hour before it was done. Seems they put forth so much effort to try to get more business out of you, they flub the simple tasks at hand. Untrustworthy to say the least, with a total disregard for your time and inconvenience.

Here at banner Tire we strive to give the best service. And yes the employee may have viewed the coolant tank and appeared to be in the working range (plastic tank shadowed) was corrected. and filling the a/c system , they missed that on the invoice. Thank you for your rating from the Banner Team
