The staff were very friendly. My husband booked a couples massage and I was totally pleased with my massage. He consistently asked if I was comfortable and if the pressure was good. I would recommend this spa for a pleasant experience.

Please save yourself the time, money and headache by avoiding this place. They are a complete scam, and Groupon is promoting this garbage behavior. Don’t believe me? Just look at their 1 star reviews online, they describe what happened to me, almost word for word. As soon as you get into the room they try to upsell you on stuff that should be included in the package you purchase through Groupon. Then after the massage that they rush and really don’t even do anything, 60 mins of the 110 mins was actually a massage, they try to force you to tip 25% of $700. Not sure where they get that figure from seeing as I paid $220 through Groupon. And that’s on top of all the extras they needlessly charge you. So you’re now paying over $100 more for extras, and then you have to tip $175? So now, I’ve paid $220 for the massage and $300 for extras and tip? And then when I refused she argued with me until she just put a flat rate tip of $80 that I wasn’t allowed to argue with? I don’t know about you, but that was the craziest experience I’ve ever had with a company. Groupon is no help either which makes me think they are getting some sort of kickbacks from this. Genuinely need to have the police investigate this place, as this behavior seems criminal.

Very dissatisfied with the service, Annette is very rude. Stay away from this spa, they do not honor the service. I waited for months, then I requested an appointment , they are so busy, instead of apology, hanged up on me
