Non-Heated and Warm classes are available in the tradition of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Gentle Flows! We focus on healing the body from injuries and misalignments through postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Classes end in meditation to bring the mind to its natural state of peace and calm.

Great experience! After being away from yoga for months, it was wonderful having an experienced compassionate instructor. Juliana gave great detail & visualization as she moved us through the various positions & breathing techniques. Great energy! Can’t wait to add this to my schedule several times a week!

I haven’t taken a yoga class in 4 years. After a few injuries and balance compromised, I signed up for this class. I’m so glad! The teacher is professional and knowledgeable. I left my first class looking forward to the next one. Facilities are clean and conducive to a good experience.

I went to my first class today and it was AMAZING!! Julianne was SOO welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The other ladies that took the class were extremely nice too!! Great studio...i am a beginner at yoga
