I want to redo my review. I gave them a chance to see if their machine is accurate and I was hoping the results would be professional but unfortunately it wasn’t the case and the reason it’s that they don’t have a professional machine to do Microneedling. A soon as I saw the little hand machine that she started to plugged in I knew that it wasn’t the right professional machine, I had Microneedling before in a different place so I know how the machine looks like and the results that I get from that treatment in my skin. The staff is incredibly nice but they are using a home care machine that you can buy for around $500 online. I wasted my money and the results were definitely not even close to the results that I got in my first session with a real professional machine in another spa. The result was literally like I had done nothing on my face other than scratched. With a right machine I got good result in my first treatment of Microneedling. And in case they try to justify that we need 5 treatments to see some improvement, it’s not thrust in this case Microneedling it’s very effective on the first treatment unfortunately it doesn’t last for more than a month in a half. This visit with Cleopatras was supposed to be my second treatment but my first time with them. I really don’t want to give bad review to anyone because I believe everyone deserve to work and make money but I am not agree when people take advantage of others by charging money for a service that they are not providing.
