Good workout but didnt like to team up with someone who is much more advanced than me. It is not fun to take hard punches without knowing the proper techniques. I'm just there for a good workout and learning the techniques. I don't need to become a fighter.

I had a great time @ Standup. Good introduction to Muay Thai. Great workouts. Shout outs to Kahlil and Jesse, who taught most of the classes I attended. This is a fighter's gym. Going to see them compete at local events was really inspiring. 1-2-4 Standup Osu !

Gym owner Crew good technique good workout. Provides the opportunity to spar lightly. Cardio workouts are not extreme, other instructors okay not as good as Crew.
