All the people at the practice are wonderful people and very knowledgeable. From the time you walk through the door everyone is happy to explain their process and answer all your questions. I highly recommend their practice.

Entire staff treats each pet as though it were their own. Lori and Dr Schmidt go out of their way to make sure treatment and care are fully explained without pressure to purchase optional care A full service animal hospital with the latest in treatment available in a low pressure environment. My pets go here and come home from here with smiles on their faces and sometimes bows in their hair.

Caring entire staff and vets with a uniquely single vet approach as to other vets with multiple vets who do not know your pets and only are concerned with generating dollar for the practice without considering what patients might actually need which in the long run generates more dollars when care is accurately needed

They are very expensive and they try to push extra services on you. Some of my concerns regarding my furbabies were not addressed. The vet was rushing to finish with us and left without answering my concerns. We were there several hours. Upside, they allow you to go inside with your furbabies.
