Terrible, everything about it was terrible. Unprofessionalism, lack of talent and very rude.

One of the worst experience of my life. They are the worst at customer service and they lack skill tremendously.

I had my nails done once and they were great then I went again and Rainey's husband did my nails and they were horrific. I had the dip powder manicure and he apparently had no experience with it because he was so careless in doing my nails. He put almost 5 layers on until I stopped him then didn't shape them whatsoever. He spent an hour and a half on them butchering them more and more as the minutes past to the point where I had to leave. I called the next day and asked to speak with Rainey who told me she would fix them. I went a week later and they were soo mean and rude to me it was unreal. No one apologized to me for having to come back, everyone acted as if I was in the wrong for wanting to fix the nails their employee messed up. They are all greedy and are only looking to greet you if they can con you into spending all your money with them. I have never experienced such hate in my life I ended up walking out after the mediocre job done by Rainey as well. It was so sad to see how money hungry these people are. There is no pride in their work and I will be looking out personally for the closing of this nail shop. One of the guys while filing the 100 layers of dip powder down actually had the nerve to sigh out loud because he was upset that the customers that had just left had to wait so long so I told him to feel bad for all of us even me for having to come back to get this abomination taken care of. I will never step foot in that place again and will find every way to make sure people know how terrible this establishment is.

Great service, really nice people. But, I got a Shellac manicure and it started lifting on 6 fingers within 4 days. Not to happy about that. I couldn't go back to them to get it fixed because I was on vacation. I ended up peeling the rest off.
