I was so looking forward to get the service that I purchased on groupon but the day of my appointment Heather did not show up at all, I texted and called to hear from her 3 hours after and obviously she apologized and was kind of sorry ( I missed 4 hours of work) then as she asked me I gave her a second chance which as it turned out I waited 45 mn and left with one side 2 inches longer than the other ! took me 2 days to see her again to fix her mistake which she somehow turned into maybe was my fault as I was scared of her cutting my hair too short. Anyway I will not go back again for sure.

I wouldn’t recommend going to Heather. Not unless you want to walk out of there paying for more then just your Groupon and for services that you didn’t ask for. Also don’t bother asking her questions or looking for clarification on anything she is very rude and unprofessional with her responses. Look at other reviews and you will see. Honestly I’m starting to think she has a side hustle going on.
