The influence of Latin America can be seen throughout Luna Azul Restaurant. It shows up mostly in the kitchen, where the staff blends the flavors of Mexico and Cuba to create a range of specialty seafood dishes. To add to this, mariachi bands and Latin musicians serenade guests while they enjoy plates of pork chops, fried plantains, and fish, and glasses full of shrimp, octopus, clams, and oysters. Over the course of the evenings, guests make their way to the spotlit dance floor to practice their bachata, merengue, and salsa moves with dinner dates or the dancer with the most sparkly, ruffled outfit.
