She was very calm, collected, and explained the tarot cards in a way I could understand as this was my first time. I think what I appreciated most was her follow-up via email with a picture of my cards and a summary on what she told me in person.

We played email tag and I had to reschedule twice . She redeemed my payment but then never rescheduled me even after I emailed her again trying to reschedule
