Loved the cut and highlights. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is I had to wait an extra hour to finish Appt since she was doing 3 gals’ hair at once. It put me really behind on my schedule.

Christine made an appointment for me on a Saturday and should not have. She was over booked and I felt squeezed in. She made me feel bad for using my Groupon on a Saturday when she was the one who booked the appointment! She started highlighting top of my head then went to help another client, came back and did the bottom - well needless to say the top came out too light and fried my Hair. She tried to fix it by putting back in some low lights. Never again

I had a fast and well done experience at Dezi Salon! The blonde highlights are still looking great months later as a natural ombre -- but will go back soon for a fresh look. She made lovely layers to liven up my look and my friends loved it.
