Fuego Food Carts was inspired by the street-food traditions of South America and Asia, where people can find truly delicious eats parked right on the pavement. With 20 years of experience and a focus on offering gourmet food at fast food prices, the culinary team serves a straightforward menu at seven food carts spread throughout the Portland area. Choose between a burrito or a bowl loaded with either chicken or veggies, each prepared daily using fresh and unprocessed ingredients. Top this with add-ons such as sour cream, house-made guacamole, spinach, shredded cheese, Fuego’s own Portland pickles and a choice of hot sauce—tapatio, sweet chili, habanero, or chipotle—and lunch is served. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
