Please do not purchase this. 100% false advertising. You do not get a facial. This was purchased in December used it in March and they changed the facial to a sauna (w/o telling us) they said it changed in January but didn't honor what was purchased also called me the day be to process the payment. So they know. You pay $280 for a less than great for massage, 15min sauna, a cookie & tea. So mad

The spa and staff onsite were amazing! However, I had made reservations over a month in advance for a portion of birthday day and twice a week before and three days before I was told they had to bump my times due to scheduling conflicts/errors.
