This is a class-act operation, with friendly, attentive staff. They have a good variety of classes offered and a clean, comfortable facility. They make you feel welcome and try to tailor your workout to fit your needs!

I'll most likely continue to go there. However I do think they could have at least a couple more people in each class. It is sometimes very hard to reserve a spot for class and I think there is a lot of extra space that could be taken by at least two more people.

I'm an active late 20 year old girl. I'm a runner, skier, mountain climber, hiker enthusiast (and food connoisseur). Pil-oga-robic is my favorite studio in Portland, Oregon. If you haven't tried it yet, do it right now!!

Love everything about Pil-oga-robics. Beautiful space to work out in, great staff and teachers, and the variety of classes is perfect to keep you interested and motivated to work out!

Instructors draw from Pilates, yoga, and cardio techniques to compile their signature one-hour workouts, demonstrating the techniques in their loft-like studio for small student groups. They place special emphasis on customization: each class has three levels of difficulty and modifiable actions for any fitness level. They also schedule monthly meetings with their clients to discuss wellness goals, advising on topics from weight loss to enhanced athletic performance. Regardless of their aspirations, guests stand to gain lean muscle, balance, and bendiness from the adjustable routines, which helped earn the venue a Best of Citysearch award for yoga in 2009.
