DO NOT BUY! Dropped off/spoke with the owner about reframing my art in March ‘23. She seemed friendly and had great ideas! I put down a deposit of $142. I waited and waited for a call saying my art was ready to be picked up….NO CALL! I drove past the store once a day on my way to work….NOT OPEN! Then, just the other day, I drove by and there was a for lease sign on the door. WTF!

Don't purchase a coupon - as of July 2023 the business is no longer open and the business owner is not returning any calls from customers, despite still having their art.

DO NOT PURCHASE. On February 16, 2023, I took in a poster I’ve had for almost 18 years to be framed. A young woman helped me and said it might be about a month. After 6 weeks I realized I hadn’t heard anything so called the shop. I eventually got through to the owner and was told she was behind because her assistant had quit, but my order would be complete in a week. I never heard from the shop again. The voicemail box is full, there’s a note on the door for a month now, and the business is marked as “temporarily closed” on Google maps. Others have reported the same issue. I just want my poster back.
