The sugar cones at Scoop Handmade Ice Cream have a very strict criteria for what they allow into them. For starters, they only let in ice cream that’s made in small batches with local, organic, and fair-trade ingredients, barring anything with the slightest trace of corn syrup, artificial colors, and preservatives. But these high standards haven’t limited the kinds of flavors they encounter. In fact, the cones see more than 40 different flavors grace their sugary, circular rims on a regular basis, from blueberry cinnamon to bourbon butter pecan to churro sabroso.

But the cones aren’t the only way to enjoy Scoop’s many offerings. Cups also happily hold the decadent, handmade treats, as do take-home pints found in the freezers at their onsite location and a select few local businesses.
