The paperwork was a little over-detailed, but I had a great experience. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I am going to continue to use serene dental for future appointments.

Provide better pre- and after-care for the extremely painful treatment. I was asked "Did you take your advil before coming here?" Well - how would I know to do that? No one told me to. So I took some in the chair. And when I left, kept taking it because the pain was so bad. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, excruciation pain. Tylenol and Advil are not enough for this calibre of pain. Called the next morning to see if they could prescribe an oral numbing agent or some other type of painkiller and was told "This pain is routine. The doctor does not prescribe anything for it." If excruciating pain is a normal part of any procedure, medication should be automatically provided at time of service.
