The salesman was very helpful and did what he could to help when we arrived. Turns out this Groupon didn't allow us to redeem a Queen mattress after the Groupon was purchased, instead it was for a discount off of a mattress set. The set was selected in advance and was advertised on the Groupon so we knew which mattress set we were getting. We walked out of the store with a pickup date for our new mattress set, after paying another $800+ for the mattress set. I thought I understood how this Groupon worked, and didn't fully understand that we'd be paying additional money at the store for our set. The Groupon coupon was a little misleading and until you redeem it, you don't see that it isn't what you expected. I like the mattress set we got, and I guess the price was okay, but had we known we'd be paying $1,150+ for the mattress, we would have shopped around instead.

This mattress is awful. After 3 months it is uncomfortable, after 6 months it causes physical pain. The mattress has to be replaced in less than a year. An expensive buy for a such a cheap product. Stay away.

We have purchased many appliances there over the years and have had very good experiences each time.
