I would rate Dick's stereo in Boise, Idaho a ***** star rating, both John and Casey were excellent in both their communication and work on my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Crew cab. I had a Remote Start installed, they had no problem letting me keep my truck over night and saved me a trip back and forth to Caldwell, he explained how the new remote start was used and it works great...
GOOD JOB to both of you and thank you for the professionalism you displayed while doing business with you. I will be back should I need some additional electronic work done..Thank you.

Did not clarify issue with specific makes of vehicles and remote starting. I had to call and then schedule another visit to fix it, all to find out what I bought was not possible. I even inquired before purchasing. Four visits and wasted money. Office staff and actual installers are not on the same page. I'd have remote start removed if I trusted staff enough to take it out.
