I wasn’t comfortable with how she waxed — spreads wax on and uses the cooled, tacky wax on the paper to continuously try to pull hairs. There were so many spots missed that I had to point out, and she did a complimentary bikini wax that was very kind, but ripped my skin off (that I’m now having to nurse) because of her waxing technique. I won’t be back. *The owner does a great job, to be fair.
