I've been trying to setup an appointment for my groupon since July (and it's Oct). They are very disorganized, won't respond to emails for *weeks*, and also won't answer their phone. Now it seems their email inbox quota has exceeded quota. Seems they don't want to service groupon requests :(.

She is very knowledgeable but unorganized. Our appointments were cancelled repeatedly until finally she said she was unable to come to us because the Groupon deal.

i bought the groupon & sent over 6 emails and never got a responce. I emailed one last time 3 days before my groupon expired & explained this was now my 7th email and my groupon was going to expire. Still as of June 24th no response from Sundays Best. I even emailed from my mom's tablet just in case my emails were not going through, we called 2 times & left messages. Now, I am out the $ I spent Thank you Amber

She was very knowledgeable, but trying to get her to show up didn't work out too well. We got one visit on time.
