Fern is a MIRACLE for my hair! She did a perfect job and was friendly throughout the whole process, and thoroughly answered all my questions on how to care for my new hair after the cut. As soon as I arrived to the salon, I was immediately treated to my choice of water, coffee or tea. Overall friendly Salon, and I recommend Fern 100%. I will be back for sure!

Fern listened and asked enough questions to find out exactly what I wanted. She created a hairstyle that was just what I had in mind. My only suggestion is to keep used tools (clippers, scissors, combs) completely separate from clean ones. Storing them together is not hygienic and gives an impression that they are not being sanitized between clients.
