Our Groupon had expired but they would still not accept it at the face value of $10.00. The computer would not accept it. Therefore I am requesting a $10.00 Groupon credit.

We called to see if we needed to make a reservation and they said no. When we went to pay, we had to pay more because we didnt have a reservation. I didnt think that was fair! Thanks, Barbara

When I came back to pickup my car, it wouldn't start. The Thrifty employees were very helpful in trying to give me a jumpstart, even had their mechanic come look at it. Even though none of this helped, they were still very kind to me.
