They were kind, helpful and the doctor was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without getting annoyed by all of them. I liked that he wasn't pushy about money but came across as genuine and honest regarding treatments.

I purchased the three visit offer for one hour massages. I have had many massages so I tried to be very clear on what I would like. Lori is a nice person. The massage room is separate from the chiropractic office. It didnt have any heat so the room was quite chilly. She turned on a heating pad when we started. The room is also very dark, so getting undressed / dressed was a challenge. She is a small person and really wasnt able to give a very intense deep tissue session. I had requested a trigger point session but she wasnt capable of that. The sessions were comfortable but not what I have expereinced elsewhere. They are more appropriate for customers who want a very gentle massage.

Dr. Shapiro was very kind, and was much more interested in my health than getting as much money that he could from me. I look forward to going again!

Horrible Dr.! He kept saying that I am not telling him anything about my health and that I have my guard up.... I told him I just wanted to try what chiropractor and really hv nl complaints. He also kept changing his mind on how and where I should go or do during examination and told me that I am not following dorections. Bad massage, the lady kept stopping and yawning.

Massage was not good. I've had many massages in the past and this was just painful - didn't relieve any knots. Also was asked to arrive 15 mins early but the first employee to arrive showed up at the time of appointment (9am). Dr. Sharpio is an incredibly pushy person - used car salesman style. He has a pitch where he asks you if you're willing to find out whats wrong so you can fix the problem... hello why do you think I'm here. I was so uncomfortable I cancelled my adjustment and will not go back. He even went as far as to tell me one adjustment a month would not fix my problem before he had done any examination to even see if I had a problem. He did not make me feel that he had my best interest in mind at all. Also tried to sell me a pair of shoe insoles for $350+. Save your money.

Dr. Paul was very rough and rushed, and I would not recommend him. He adjusted my ankles (I have never had any problems with my ankles)until now. My right ankle has been fine. My left ankle HOWEVER has been aching since the adjustment. I have had to take pain med, ice my ankle and go to my previous chiropractor to have him reset my ankle. It is still bothering me and it has been 10 days since the original "adjustment" which I guess was him just putting my ankle out of joint. Dr. Middleton at Middleton Chiropractic in Dover, adjusted my ankle with NO pain at all during the resetting. Dr. Paul's dislocating, as you could probably guess, was painful at the time. However, I have never had my ankle worked on so I didn't know what to expect. Now I will have to be going to Middleton regularly as my ankle is really really bothering me now. I was and am super disappointed with Port City and would not suggest anyone goes there unless they want to leave in more pain then when they first went. The staff was friendly and the office clean, I can give them credit for that...

I utilized their massage therapy services. I enjoyed a very good massage. Appointment times were somewhat limited. Staff was friendly. The office is basically a vanilla box, so there's no "spa" ambiance.overall it was a good experience that I can recommend.
