Massage Therapy and fitness classes! Small group fitness classes with modifications and challenges for every level. Jill changes it up so every class is different. Highly focused on form for a safe and effective workout! A great playlist for a lot of fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Jill opened Soma because of her desire to help others move with ease. This is the culmination of her 20+ years teaching yoga and fitness classes and 12+ years of massage therapy. A place to work out and then release your muscle tissue! Leaving you clients mobile and pain free.

Helping others move with ease.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Best class ever!!! I cook eggs on my thighs they are so burning hot from class!!! And you have the healing hands of a god!
