Scheduling is a nightmare. You can't speak to a live person and notified if they can or cannot do the job less than 24hrs before

I tried them last year at Christmas and they did a very nice job. However, scheduling is difficult if you purchase a Groupon. They have a "Groupon crew" they assign those clients to and they are over-booked. It has been 7 months and I thought I would give them another try and the owner complained about the fees Groupon takes and told me not to ever buy one of his Groupons again. If I paid cash, he would send a different crew and service sooner. Shady and I do not recommend doing business with them. Although, the cleaning ladies are lively and do a great job.

I'm deeply saddened by your untruthful comment michelle, we have cleaned your home on several occasions. The Groupon deal clearly states you can only use one every 120 days. I took all the time in the world on a Sunday to explain and you seemed to have understood. I do not recommend you as a costumer to anyone. As you can clearly see, we only have great reviews and if you were honest enough. You'd give us a good one as well based on how great of a service we offered you. Its sad that you have to come here and bash us out for your frustration of not getting service the exact way you expected. Really wish you the best, and again, please don't ever purchase any of our services.
