The staff & service were excellent! My only complaint was a $35 extra fee for a toner that I thought should have been included in my Deluxe package that I already had paid for.

My first time trying this place and it was a great experience. Melissa was professional and does a fabulous job. I purchased the shampoo, cut, deluxe style, and full highlights. Will be a repeat customer!
