I paid for a hydrating facial and booked one. I arrived and they said come in next week you have the wrong time. I had put the details of the booking on my calendar so I believe I was correct. I showed up the next week for my facial and was told that my Groupon didn’t work for the facial so i was given a massage. The woman was rough , choppy and I came out with bruises and hurt thumb.

I have a problem with group on customer service. This voucher was not used in Jan 24 I used only one voucher yet system two are redeemed. I sent a message to your customer service but they did not sort my problem this is more than a month now Very disappointed

Nice, quiet room. The employees were kind and kept talking to a minimum. I was so excited to have a 90 minute massage. It was relaxing but short moments felt strong. The next day I saw that I was bruised all along my lower back. That has never happened.
