Fantastic experience. Very relaxing and Ola did a great job explaining everything as we went. It was almost more like a clinic than a spa, which made it feel less awkward going for a facial as a guy. She also gave me great advice on establishing a better care routine going forward. I’ll definitely go back when I want/need another facial, and I highly recommend her.

This was a first time experience and I will be returning for another visit in about 4 weeks. After purchasing Groupon I booked appointment via online scheduling tool which was very easy to use. I was nervous but Olha made me feel at ease and told me exactly how the process would be completed. She coached me through some breathing techniques for the first couple wax pulls. Just do it!

Ola did a great job with my facial! She was extremely professional and asked a lot of questions, giving great advice without pushing any specific products or trying to sell me more than what I wanted or needed. I was really relaxed, comfortable, and feel much better about my skin thanks to her. I’ll definitely come back next time I break out!
