Staff was ok to use Groupon. Arrived 10 minutes late for appointment & they could not accommodate me. Staff mentioned 5 minutes grace period which is not listed during booking but understandable as studio shoot is only 15 minutes. Got another appointment later in the day on my own arrived EARLY & still wasn’t brought in till 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

Great experience. Excellent customer service. The only other thing I can say is bring your own props. Theirs are very limited.
