I paid for a chair massage and it was broken. No one called to reschedule me or even told me when I was there. They just put me in the chair that didn’t work on the right side. So my massage was left side only. When the office manager came in to check on me and ask how I was doing, I told her the chair is not working. She said they already knew and have told the doctor for 3 weeks to get it fixed.

Janelle we are sorry and want to apologize for your experience. The chair is only having a malfunction on the right side hand. The right side of the back, foot, calf, thigh, leg and neck all work. It is just the right hand. If you give our office a call at 614-781-3139 and ask to speak to Matt, we will make it up for you. We are working on getting someone out ASAP to service the chair. We apologize.

I had the best first experience here. The staff was beyond friendly, explained how everything would work and left me with no questions, and did everything they could do make my massage comfortable. I will absolutely be back and will be referring my family and friends! Thank you all!

Will def be booking at this location again. Highly recommend Micha. They were great and really seemed to enjoy their job.

Felt like owner was being a little pushy to try qnd have me become a chiropractic patient.
Massage therapist talked a lot the entire time, and I feel like my tension in my back is the same if npt worse after my massage.

Thanks for your review Ashleigh. Dr. Moore recommends chiropractic care to people he thinks would benefit from it. We will talk to the massage therapist about communication, and we apologize. We let the patients know they might be more sore right after their massage before they get better, especially deep tissue. If there is any other questions or concerns please give our office a call.
