I went to this establishment for the first time a little more than a week ago. I had a full set of lashes placed using medical grade glue, something I have had done many times previously. First of all, I was charged $15 dollars for removing my current extensions (not many as it had been about a month since I had them placed). This is the first time I have ever been charged for "removing" prior extension before the placement of a full new set. Second, the full set, upon completion of the service, were sparse and looked as if hardly any lashes had been placed. Finally, ALL of the newly placed extensions fell within 4 days and my eyes burned. I have had extension placed about 10 times in teh course of the past two years and have never had this happen. ALL OF THEM FELL OUT. When I let the establishment know, they simply offered to give me "free fills." I declined to go back.

Very unprofessional and rude. I got reprimanded for my eyes tearing up during the taping process and told I couldn't get my lashes done if I didn't stop. So much for patience and understanding. I was also told (not asked) what kind of lashed I was getting with the type of glue. No suggestions, just imperative tones that made me extremely uncomfortable.

Jenny does an excellent job. She applies the individual lashes and they look very natural. They last up to 2 wks and still look good.
