Tattoo removal. On the last session, they didn’t turn on the machine high enough to even feel it or remove any ink. I knew it because it didn’t even frost. I complained and it was disregarded.. Was happy only the 2 times. They lower the machine to make you buy more sessions.

Clean studio, friendly staff. Got slight attitude when I didn't immediately buy more laser sessions, then again when I denied purchasing more sessions after using the Groupon package. They also didn't turn the machine up high enough to remove any ink until the last session. Wouldn't go back.

Professional, informative, & a beautiful atmosphere... *however, the designated area was not fully treated. Half of the area still had very visible veins & instead of finishing the treatment & fully treating the area, they suggested a $300 follow-up. Disappointed.
