The trainers are helpful and friendly but is a very expesive gym.

I used todrive by Kokofit and wonder what it was. Now I know. I have enjoyed the workouts, even though I hate the 15 minutes of cardio the guided weight training is my joy. Would highly recommend to someone getting back in the gym.
