Very relaxing experience

Today was treatment number 1 of 6 purchased, so it's too soon to assess results. But staff was friendly and efficient and able to show me other options that might be more beneficial for my needs.

This is a nightmare of a place and experience. Straight off my first call they would not take the Groupon. It took a ton of texts and calls until they finally accepted it. They lacked manners while corresponding, and I am being diplomatic. This 'was' (never used) a 3 session treatment. I went through 1 of them and they kept canceling and rescheduling me at their own leisure. Last time without any notification. I asked to speak to the manager, who took about 1 week to call me back and left me a voicemail in a very broken English, hard to understand. I called back and the front desk said that he wasn't in and that he would call me back in 'a couple of days'!! Then they said they have decided to change their schedule and working hours (hence canceling me) and they can't offer me days/times that suit me. Before I started this, it was assured to me that once a week they worked the times I needed. Again, this is a treatment and must follow up every 6 weeks. It's now passed that time and they have been messing me around. They just texted me now: 'you deal with Groupon if you want a refund'. They take the money you paid to Groupon, they don't provide the service, it's a scam. They insult the customers and they waste your time. I have it all in writing (text) if any one wants to see.
