Cleary Lake Golf Course sits on the southeastern edge of the lake that bears its name, providing cool breezes to golfers as they contend with its nine-hole, par 28 layout. The overall short length—the longest hole is the 332-yard No. 9, the only par 4 on the course—lets novices enjoy the game without getting too overwhelmed. Along with their more seasoned counterparts, beginners can also make use of the driving range to calibrate iron shots and polish pitches. FootGolf, a relatively new offering at Cleary Lake, follows the same rules as regular golf but swaps the golf ball and clubs for a soccer ball and the player's own foot.
