The man at the helm of Body By Z, Dr. Richard Zienowicz, has done some impressive things in the world of medicine. The associate professor of plastic surgery at the Ivy League school Brown University attended two Ivies himself, Brown and Harvard, and he trained at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. He's taught plastic surgery techniques to doctors all over the world, and he once performed live surgery in front of more than 400 surgeons at a conference in Atlanta. He's even invented his own plastic-surgery techniques, including a Mommy Makeover surgery that combines a tummy tuck with a breast lift.

At his practice, Dr. Z augments or reduces breasts, reshapes noses, and lifts drooping facial skin. He and his staffers also perform less invasive procedures, including injecting wrinkle-smoothing fillers into fine lines.
