They are ok. Kinda gave me the run around to add on additional work, all i want is a tune up. I asked several times if they applied my groupon to what my charges were, got the emailed reciept and the groupon was NOT applied. My bike is still in the shop, so maybe when I pick it up charges will be adjusted. I will change my post after if needed. But overall, just ok bike shop.

With my groupon I bought a new helmet, but when I went to use it I realized I had grabbed the wrong size. Dash was kind enough to exchange my helmet even though I already took the tags off! They're always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm grateful they are a part of the Providence community!
