Nicole is extremely unprofessional. She cancelled our first three appointments, once for an inch of snow. Now, I was not feeling well for the 4th rescheduled appointment, and she had the nerve to attempt to guilt me for cancelling because her mother went to the hospital. Real nice to take your aggressions out on your clients. I have never been treated like this by a "business owner".

Nicole was awesome! She allowed me to relax and enjoy my facial. She was honest about my skin and gave me great advise on what I should do to improve it. I booked my second appointment upon leaving! I highly recommend Nicole! :)
