About Fat Daddys Pizzeria

After his success at Oregano Italian Kitchen and The Chef's Table, chef Chad Pritchard set his sights on squarely on pizza. For this storied dish, he chose a location with plenty of history of its own—an original brick building in historic downtown Provo built in 1886. From this old-school outpost, Fat Daddy's Pizzeria serves up gooey pizzas with nearly everything made in-house. The cooks hand-stretch the dough, make their own sausage, and dust the crust with a house-made garlic brown butter.
