The establishment did not seem very professional. However, they were in the process of getting settled in a new location, so it may get better in the future.

The basement is creepy, I did not feel safe. I also could hear a vibration - sounded like a washing machine or something like it.. even with the ear plugs it was very distracting. I didn't last the whole 60 min float and the water was already getting too cool. Man at reception desk was very nice I just think you need to work on the ambiance.

First time floating. It was very awesome. I would recommend everyone try this at least once.

My only complaint is that I didn't know about this place MUCH SOONER. They've been around since spring. Without going into too much personal detail, my spouse and I have definitely needed float sessions here. We'll be booking many more in the future. The facility is very tidy and looks new. It's small enough to feel intimate without being tiny or claustrophobic. This was our first sensory deprivation experience, and it was as relaxing to body, mind, and soul as I had hoped (and I had high expectations, so this is saying something). The attendant was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm still kicking myself for not finding this place much sooner. It's perfect.
