While it's pretty cool to watch their process in freezing the ice cream and the smoke from the liquid nitrogen, we found their ice cream severely lacking in flavor. It honestly didn't even taste like ice cream, it tasted like frozen milk. Sad, because I am addicted to ice cream and SO wanted to love this place but I won't return, it's not worth the price.

When we had a problem with our Groupon these folks stepped up and made it not only right for us but totally convenient as well. Hats off to them and we'll be there regularly as non Groupon customers as well. Thanks Sub Zero!
