Ceri, we apologize for asking you to move your appointment times; we do whatever we can to prevent this from happening even once, much less twice! We were in the process of hiring for some empty Massage therapist positions when you scheduled and were regrettably short-staffed. While doing my best to cover the majority of our clients, I admit I was a bit scrambled, and it clearly came out more than I meant for it to. I hope you'll be willing to give us another chance. We truly love to take excellent care of our clients and, now that we have added three seasoned therapists to our team, I feel confident that you will be much happier with your experience.

Hi Doug! We are glad you enjoyed your couple's massage! We are sorry that it took a little longer to get scheduled. We are a small office and within a couple mos. had two of our, then, four therapists leave. It took longer to replace them, than we had hoped, because we needed to find quality therapists that were the right fit. We now have four again and we will have five in January so there are a lot more options again. We do appreciate the patience you displayed when we were trying to navigate this challenge.

Heather, we are very sorry that you came away from your experience feeling this way. I apologize that my reaction came off in a way that did not seem sensitive and upset you. That was not at all my intention. We don't usually combine pregnancy massage with couple's massages because of the extra care and time that it usually takes. We set up a pregnancy cushion, discuss the details of the pregnancy massage with our client, and make sure communication is clear for your comfort. It is always our desire to educate, help our clients feel welcome, and help them feel better. Even if not here, I do hope you will give pregnancy massage a try in the future.
