They made it so easy and simple. It was perfect!!

We usually go here because I like the fact that I can just stand behind the long counter while my child (2 y/o) just plays around. I think it's a safe place for kids. This is the reason why I booked my son's party there. However, I was not very pleased on how it turned out. My party is on a Saturday, the party host was assigned Monday which was okay but then I was not able to talk to that party host on days leading up to the party day because she is not working. I was given the option to try a different host and I did talk to one of the workers who was willing to do it and was enthusiastic while we were planning on the party program (I want to make use of the time wisely so I asked for guidance for timing of activities coz I have piñata and I wanted to do at least 2 games for the 2 hours that we have in the room, 30 mins was extra time I purchased). Everything was perfect and planned until the day of the party when they changed the party host again (original one) and she has no idea what I want during the party, she has no energy, was just standing in the room and not helping out with putting out stuff and just completely clueless, dazed and looks extremely confused and overwhelmed. We ended up with two games which I have to do and guide her through, unable to do piñata which was additional $60, and had to endure a very lifeless party host.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our party went perfectly and the kids loved it. It was such an easy and fun experience

Love to bring my children here. But the staff is just so unprofessional almost seems like their raciest. I come here occasionally but not as much as I'd like.
