Although a very sweet person, the owner lacks communication skills to run an effective business. After I bought the Groupon, I called April 4 and April 6th...no reply. She finally texted me April 7. We tried to arrange a time, but she had to check for childcare. After 8 hours, I emailed again. She couldn't accommodate. I told her I would wait until June when school was over. I texted May 6 and after 2 days she replied, and we set a date. The day of the appointment she had to cancel due to a very legit reason. That was no problem. We spoke on the phone a couple of times. On June 19, I reached out again, and then again on the 23rd. Finally, on June 25, she sent me a text telling me it was probably better if she gave me a refund. I texted her back saying we can start over and for her to give me 3 dates that would work for her. 3 days later she sent me a text saying she issued me a refund. I am sure she does a wonderful job, and she was always polite, (hence why I gave a 2 star and not a 1 star), but if you want to maintain a business where you are supposed to help people lower stress, you will need to hire someone to deal with scheduling.

Hi Kathy, I am sorry that we had some scheduling issues! I do my best to accommodate everyones schedules, unfortunately during our time communicating I was on vacation at one point and I had an unfortunate circumstance come up.
