What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Aikido is not a striking or kicking art. It teaches how to get out of the way of an attack and keep yourself safe. Learn techniques that take your attacker's balance, use their negative energy to your positive advantage and disarm them without harming them.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Focus on being relaxed. Our most experienced students have made the practice of being relaxed part of their daily life.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Aikido training offers the opportunity to learn how to control ourselves, so that we are able to respond to any situation gently and with confidence both in and out of the dojo.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience of Aikido with my fellow Aikidoka (Aikido students).
