Challenge Escape Rooms, Bayside

It's not what I thought, I'm disappointed and the company doesn't answer emails and that's the only way to contact them. I purchased this because I thought it was completely digital and I could play with my family or friends that I can't always see. The information was vague and the first thing they give you is a 15 of colour PDF. So I either have to flip back and forth to look at clues on my device (cell) or print them out...but then so would my family/friends who I am playing with. I bought two coupons unfortunately

Loved our escape room experience! Even though we didn’t successfully escape, we had such a fun time. Would recommend to anyone!

So much fun and really challenging for our team of 4. Part of the challenge had nothing to do with the puzzle/case(Kidnapping) but how to access all the clues while using a tablet. I did speak with a rep a month earlier about how to work it since we were taking the tablet to play the game at a friends home . He did say we wouldn't need to print out the packet of clues that we could scroll on the tablet ; but keep in mind you need to have 2 open tabs to do that and the clues are not in order so it makes it hard because you have to access the clues in a certain order to play. My recommendation would be IF playing at another location let the host buy the game AND print out the materials at their home. We bought the game as a surprise birthday gift for a couple who is homebound . If the clues would come up on the screen in order of use of need it would be helpful, Also if needed be sure to call the company number to ask advice early. It may take some time for them to respond. All in all it was fun and we will probably do another game online with Challenge Escape.

Room was shabby, clues were not intuitive, not on par with other escape rooms that I've done
