He was rude on the phone when I asked for his availability. I traveled there for the first time, only to be kept waiting while he finished working. Then, he had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow because he was unprepared. Never again!

Josh is the best, and this is the best place in Nyc to get your phone fixed right, quick, and with no problem. Josh is great to deal with, even helped us to re-set my IPhone.
